Client Details

Regionally focused client with an excellent reputation as a leading figure in the Financial Services / Technology sector. In this role you will focus on various technology / digitally aligned products and across regulated platforms in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

Focus of Work

• Product Development / Launch: 50%
• Commercial/Regulation: 50%

Job Description

• In this role you will work closely with business teams for product development such as supporting marketing and sales solutions for digital products
• This role will support cross-border transactions with regulatory advice
• You will support business teams with various commercial agreements such as finance and technology contracts
• You will work closely with the MAS/SFC and regional governing bodies to ensure updates and changes to regulations are pro-active / implemented across the group

Requirements

• 3 - 7 PQE
• Lawyers will have training ideally in a reputable law firm and ideally in a regulatory / TMT practice area
• Experience in TMT / Regulation / In-House - all highly desirable
• Adaptable and agile to work in a fast growing / developing company (globally)
