What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil Services & Technology Private Limited is looking for an energetic, experienced, and commercially astute corporate attorney for a Law Department position that will involve a broad range of work across all of ExxonMobil's interests in India and other parts of the world. The place to work will be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

What you will do

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and related documents, providing compliance support, and legal advice on various aspects of ExxonMobil's activities and operations in the country and across jurisdictions.

About you - Skills and Qualifications

  • A Law degree from a reputable law school with three (3) to six (6) years of post-qualification experience, providing quality business and corporate legal advice in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship building skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative and a strategic, pragmatic approach.
  • Strong analytical and research skills and ability to exercise sound business judgment.
  • Ability and desire to work both independently and as a member of an integrated team.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

. Experience in multinational corporate legal department
. Specific experience in providing legal support in the oil and gas industry
. Demonstrated record of leadership and initiative
. Company Secretary qualification with experience is desirable but not essential
