Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements vendor, services, partnership, licensing, and platform documentation and run negotiations directly with counterparties.
Manage the legal side of real estate transactions office and warehouse leases, leave-and-licence arrangements, due diligence on title and risk, and the full lifecycle from term sheet to execution.
Act as a reliable first point of contact for business teams, giving practical, risk-weighted advice rather than academic answers.
Coordinate with external counsel where needed and keep matters moving without dropping things.
What we're looking for
3–4 years PQE from a reputable law firm or a strong in-house team.
Solid grounding in general corporate and commercial law, with hands-on real estate experience.
A genuinely independent operator someone we can hand an assignment to and trust to run it well, flag the real risks, and come back with a recommendation, not just a list of issues.
Clear, precise drafting and the judgment to know what matters and what doesn't.
LLB from a recognised institution; admitted to practice in India.
