Hiring: Legal Counsel (Onsite)

Contract Bazaar is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on an onsite basis. The role involves handling client queries, drafting & reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft & review agreements (NDA, employment, service contracts, policies) and other commercial agreement.

Provide legal advice and handle client communication

Vet internal/external documents for risks & compliance

Support and guide junior team members

Manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Requirements:

LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)

4 years of experience in corporate law / contracts

Strong drafting, reviewing & communication skills

Experience working with MSMEs/startups is a plus
