Responsibilities

• Experience on credit agreement and finance background
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex credit and lending agreements/loan documentation
• Security documents/arrangements and ancillary lending transaction documents
• Bilateral uncommitted/committed facilities
• Syndicated facility/loan agreements
• Guarantees and guarantee confirmation letters
• Mortgage

Qualifications

• Qualification - LLM/LLB

Required Skills

• Experience in credit agreements
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Credit Lending

Preferred Skills

• Experience in complex lending transactions
• Knowledge of security arrangements
