Legal Consultant
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law graduate to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on U.S. legal matters, collaborate with experienced legal professionals, and gain exposure to a wide range of litigation and legal support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases.
- Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, interrogatories, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and briefs.
- Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support litigation matters.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams regarding case updates and information requests.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications
