Strategic in-house role with strong business partnering

Job Description

Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions within the property and real estate industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to M&A transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during the transaction process.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns.
Conduct due diligence to identify and mitigate legal risks in transactions.
Assist in resolving disputes and legal issues related to M&A deals.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Support the legal department in other areas as required during the temporary engagement.

The Successful Applicant

LL.B/LL.M
3-5 years of PQE
Minimum 1-2 years of Law Firm experience
Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.
The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
