Legal Consultant

One of our premium Real Estate clients is looking to hire AGM Legal (Non-Litigation), LLB/LLM with strong academic grounding. 8-12 years of non-litigation experience in real estate is must, preferably in commercial projects. Experience in leasing, licensing, and commercial transaction support. Strong track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and time-sensitive deliverables.

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end non-litigation legal support for commercial projects, including documentation, compliance, due diligence, and risk management to enable seamless business transactions.

Description:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate all commercial project agreements and documentation.
2. Conduct due diligence and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for commercial assets.
3. Support leasing, licensing, and transactional closures with accurate legal inputs.
4. Identify legal risks in transactions and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to enable smooth project execution and governance adherence.

Requirements:

1. Strong expertise in drafting, vetting, and interpreting commercial legal documents.
2. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, and compliance frameworks.
3. Effective negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
4. High analytical accuracy with strong risk-assessment skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple transactions with speed, precision, and attention to detail.

Job Location: Powai, Mumbai
