Job Description :

Accountable for safeguarding the company reputation and ensuring

comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance across all business

operations.

Provide proactive, in-depth legal and strategic advice with a strong business

orientation, supporting the company goals while fostering a culture grounded in

integrity, quality, ethical conduct, and corporate responsibility.

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal and commercial

agreements, including licensing, distribution, content acquisition, artist

agreements, and partnership contracts. Prepare internal legal documentation,

policy manuals, and compliance guidelines as required.

Ensure all agreements are thoroughly vetted to protect the company's interests

and are responded to within established timelines.

Must have demonstrable experience handling intellectual property rights (IPR)

infringement matters, and leading negotiations on complex, high-value music,

media, or technology contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, international

clients, content partners, and cross-functional teams to support business operations

and compliance objectives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for

effectively representing the company in legal and commercial matters.
