Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal & Compliance Manager, located in Noida. The Legal & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing legal documents, managing compliance processes, and addressing legal and compliance-related matters. Key responsibilities also include developing compliance strategies and maintaining alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Legal Compliance
• Experience with Compliance Management practices and procedures
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Procificency in transaction documents desirable
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Company Secretary wiht Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (mandatory); advanced law certifications will be preferred
• Prior experience working in a similar role within a corporate or financial institution is advantageous
