-This position is open to candidates who have completed their graduation and are not currently pursuing any studies.

-Candidates who are from Mumbai or are already based out of Mumbai would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank account opening, updates, and KYC documentation.
  • PAN and TAN application processing.
  • DIN application and tracking.
  • End-to-end DSC application and registration.
  • Annual and periodic director disclosures.
  • Preparation and filing of MCA e-forms.
  • Coordination with vendors and uploading of MCA e-forms.
  • Making statutory payments and tracking challans.
  • CRN preparation and documentation.
  • Indexation of records - both soft and physical formats.
  • Archival of statutory and compliance documents.
  • Visits to authorities such as RBI, MCA, ROC, CDSL, NSDL, and banks.
  • Opening and maintenance of demat accounts.
  • Preparation of board and committee meeting minutes.
  • Drafting of notices and agendas.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers.
  • Support in XBRL filing and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Law with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Companies Act, corporate compliance, and regulatory filings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with eForm filing processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
