Due diligence of properties, Drafting rent agreements, Commercial contracts & property documentation
Property Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough due diligence of properties, ensuring all aspects of property ownership and legal compliance are met.
- Review and analyze title documents, sale deeds, revenue records, building sanction plans, and other property-related documents.
Drafting Skills:
- Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and lease deeds with precision and legal accuracy.
- Ensure contracts meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Commercial Contracts & Lease Deeds:
- Possess a strong understanding of commercial contracts and lease agreements.
- Ability to negotiate and advise on key clauses in agreements, safeguarding the client's legal and commercial interests.
Property Laws Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of property laws, including the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and various local land laws.
- Stay updated with property-related legislations and their amendments.
Property Documentation:
- Understand and interpret property-related documents such as title deeds, sale deeds, Jamabandi, and building sanction plans.
- Ensure that property documents are legally sound and aligned with statutory regulations.
National Property Due Diligence:
- Preference for candidates with experience in conducting property due diligence on a national level, across various jurisdictions and local regulations.
Experience & Education:
- Regular B.A LLB from any repute college or University
- 3-6 years of PQE in property law, with experience in property due diligence, commercial contracts, and lease agreements.
- Strong understanding of real estate and property laws, particularly in the Indian legal context.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
