Operating in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) and back-office legal services sector, we support law firms, corporate legal teams and global BPO clients with high-volume litigation support, contract lifecycle tasks and compliance workflows. This is an on-site, night-shift position based in India designed to onboard fresh talent into legal operations and litigation support roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume document review: tagging, redaction, indexing and accurate data extraction according to predefined protocols and quality checklists.
- Support contract review and annotation by identifying key clauses, dates and obligations for escalation to supervising attorneys.
- Assist with drafting routine legal correspondence, affidavits and standardized templates under attorney guidance.
- Maintain and update case files in the case management system; manage version control, e-filing inputs and document organization.
- Conduct basic legal searches and compile concise research summaries, citations and references for litigation and compliance matters.
- Adhere to confidentiality, data protection and SLA targets; report discrepancies and escalate issues promptly to leads.
