Location: Mapusa, Goa

Key Responsibilities

-Represent the company in litigation matters before courts and statutory authorities

-Conduct legal due diligence of property titles

-Draft and vet agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents

-Advise internal teams and clients on real estate laws and legal queries

-Ensure interdepartmental legal compliance and support

-Coordinate with government authorities and assist in forming Co-operative Housing Societies

-Work closely with external counsels and provide briefs as required

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); enrollment with Bar Council

Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in real estate matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Fluency in English and Konkani is a must

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
