Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate based in New Delhi, India. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, conducting legal research, advising clients on legal issues, and representing them in various tribunals and courts. The role also involves active participation in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation proceedings alongside collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide strategic legal solutions in diverse practice areas.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Law, including Constitutional Law, Corporate/Company Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and other legal domains
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft, review, and manage a range of legal documents
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess legal issues, interpret laws, and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and represent cases in tribunals and courts
  • Familiarity with dispute resolution practices, including arbitration, mediation, and conciliation
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent), with professional legal certification and enrollment with a recognized Bar Council
  • Prior work experience in a law firm or relevant legal practice is preferred
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within an on-site setting
