Role: Legal Associate
We're looking for a dynamic Associate Legal with 23 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends legal expertise with business understanding to drive Snabbit's growth journey.
What You Will Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
- Provide proactive legal advice to business, HR, and finance teams.
- Support corporate governance, policy drafting, and company secretarial matters.
- Manage compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Work with external counsel on litigation, IP, and regulatory issues.
- Support fundraising and due diligence processes.
What We're Looking For
- LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- 23 years of corporate legal experience (startup experience preferred).
- Strong drafting, articulation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
