As we build our presence across Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Jaipur, we are inviting applications for Associates to join our growing Commercial Disputes and Regulatory Practice.

Headquartered in New Delhi, AMV Law is a full-service litigation and advisory firm practising before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Tribunals.

We are also the India Strategic Partner for Veritect. Every Associate at AMV Law receives full access to India's most advanced legal AI platform from day one. You will work directly with Senior Partners on substantive legal work, supported by new-gen cutting edge tech.

The Role:

You will handle complex advisory and litigation matters across:

▪️ SEBI regulations and capital markets enforcement

▪️ Customs disputes and indirect tax litigation

▪️ Competition Commission (CCI) proceedings and antitrust advisory

▪️ Commercial litigation and arbitration

What We Are Looking For

▪️ 1 to 3 years of PQE in Commercial Litigation, Regulatory Practice, or Arbitration.

▪️ A law degree from a reputed institution with a strong academic record.

▪️ Demonstrated drafting ability (pleadings, submissions, or notices that have been filed and relied upon).

▪️ Comfort with technology and a genuine openness to working with AI-powered legal tools.

▪️ Preferred: Prior exposure to SEBI, CCI, Customs, domestic/international arbitration, or existing familiarity with legal AI platforms.
