About the Role

As a Legal Associate, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to assist with contract management, legal documentation, compliance initiatives, risk assessment, and legal research. You will play a key role in ensuring that business operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while contributing to the efficient handling of day-to-day legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and refine legal content across a variety of practice areas.
• Create realistic legal scenarios, case analyses, contracts, memos, and legal correspondence for AI training purposes.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
• Conduct legal research using reliable sources and apply findings to content development tasks.
• Identify legal inaccuracies, ambiguities, and compliance concerns in written materials.
• Develop high-quality prompts and ideal responses that reflect professional legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of AI training datasets.
• Ensure all work adheres to ethical, professional, and jurisdiction-specific legal considerations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, contracts, and legal precedents.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong command of written English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and online databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal practice, paralegal, compliance, contract review, litigation support, or legal research experience.
• Experience drafting contracts, legal memoranda, policies, or compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with multiple legal domains such as:

• Experience reviewing or editing professional content.
