Aham Global Business Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Legal Associate to join our team and support our legal, compliance, and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and company policies.

Handle company filings, registrations, and documentation (ROC, MCA, etc.).

Assist in resolving legal disputes, managing notices, and coordinating with external counsel when necessary.

Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Support internal departments with legal advice and documentation as needed.

Stay updated with changes in relevant legislation and case law.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); additional qualifications (LL.M or CS) are a plus.

12 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to corporate law.

Strong understanding of Indian corporate and commercial law.

Good drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
