We're looking for a Legal Associate to support our team with drafting, reviewing, and organizing key legal documents across the company. This is not a General Counsel role — it's a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys contracts, deal documentation, and fast-moving projects.
What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, partnership agreements, licensing terms).
- Assist with entity restructuring, corporate governance, and cross-border documentation.
- Support the creation and update of HR agreements, offer letters, and contractor agreements.
- Review client onboarding documents, platform terms, and policy updates.
- Coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions when needed.
- Maintain organized documentation and version tracking.
- Support compliance, regulatory, and tax-related filings (as applicable).
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house).
- Strong drafting and contract review skills.
- Good understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and basic tax/structuring principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with cross-border or fintech/crypto companies is a plus, not required.
