Provide analysis and counsel on a rangeof legal issues, including corporate
issues, business structures and models,employment issues etc.
Drafting and Reviewing of Business andOperational Agreements and related
documents for empanelling insurers andother service providers.
Periodic review of Agreements to ensureprudent management of compliance
risk.
Negotiate terms of Contracts withinternal and external stakeholders.
Analyse a broad range of complex lawsand regulations affecting the operationsof the Company including those arisingfrom corporates structures and business
models.
Develop company s strategies indefending and enforcing suits.
Develop a network of outside counselsto advice and represent the Company in
consumer forums and other adjudicatingforums
Deal with enforcement agencies likePolice, CBI ED etc
Anticipate and identify legal issues thatconcerned the organizations anddevelop legal strategies and solutions tomitigate the risk for the Company.
