Role Overview:
We are looking for a legal associate or lawyer to assist our team in:
- Drafting Wills as per client requirements
- Assisting clients with authorization documents
- Coordinating and supporting clients at the Sub-Registrar's office for Will registration
- Providing basic legal guidance (non-advisory) on Will documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills under supervision and reviewing client inputs
- Preparing authorization letters, power of attorney documents, and other supporting documents
- Coordinating appointments and accompanying clients to the Sub-Registrar office
- Maintaining records of Will registrations and legal documents
- Communicating clearly with clients and guiding them through the process
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB) or current enrollment in a recognized law program
- Basic knowledge of Indian property law and Will regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to interact with clients and work in a supportive role
Experience:
- 03 years (junior level); freshers with interest in estate planning and property law are welcome
