We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support legal operations, manage documentation, and assist with compliance and contract-related activities across Scry AI. This role is critical in ensuring organized legal workflows and operational support for business activities.

Role Overview

As a Legal Assistant at Scry AI, you will be responsible for supporting legal documentation, maintaining records, coordinating contract workflows, and assisting with compliance-related activities. You will work closely with legal, business, and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of legal processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Documentation & Contract Support

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts
  • Maintain records of agreements, policies, and compliance documentation
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and approvals

Compliance & Legal Operations

  • Support compliance-related processes and documentation requirements
  • Assist in maintaining adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Coordinate legal information and document management workflows

Research & Administrative Support

  • Conduct basic legal and regulatory research when required
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation for internal use
  • Support scheduling, communication, and coordination activities

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal processes
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on documentation requirements
  • Support smooth execution of legal and operational workflows

Record Management & Confidentiality

  • Maintain organized legal records and databases
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control practices

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in legal support, legal operations, or administrative legal roles
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Basic understanding of contracts, compliance, and legal workflows
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in office and documentation tools
