Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist advocates/legal managers in preparing legal documents, notices, agreements, and contracts
- Draft, format, and review legal correspondence and case-related documents
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and case databases
- Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, and government offices
- Track court dates, hearings, and legal deadlines
- Conduct basic legal research and case follow-ups
- Support compliance activities and statutory documentation
- Handle documentation related to agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and licenses
- Ensure confidentiality of legal information and records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and legal procedures
- Candidate must possess a recognized LL.B. degree
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in legal documentation tools MS Word, Excel
- 12 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
