Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Analyst to support regulatory and compliance intelligence initiatives. The role involves interpreting complex legal and regulatory information, transforming it into structured business requirements, and enabling AI-driven compliance solutions through content authoring, taxonomy management, validation, and quality assurance activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and compliance expertise, with an interest in emerging technologies such as AI, NLP, and regulatory technology platforms. The role involves close collaboration with SMEs, product, and technology teams to ensure high‑quality, accurate, and scalable compliance content delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth legal and regulatory analysis to extract, interpret, and structure requirements from complex regulatory sources.
- Author, review, and refine legal requirements using AI-assisted tools while ensuring alignment with compliance standards, regulatory guidelines, and business objectives.
- Manage and enhance taxonomy structures, including topics, products, and organizational classifications, to support accurate content categorization, tagging, and regulatory mapping.
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts and NLP-based frameworks to improve requirement extraction, content generation, classification, and validation processes.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and validation reviews of AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and technology teams to align on regulatory interpretations, business rules, validation methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics, quality indicators, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the accuracy, consistency, scalability, and efficiency of compliance content and AI-driven solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and operational gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and best practice implementation.
- Support the end-to-end compliance content lifecycle, including regulatory research, requirement authoring, content tagging, taxonomy management, validation, iteration, quality review, publishing, and ongoing maintenance.
Desired Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Legal Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Research, or Compliance Content Management.
- Familiarity with NLP concepts, Prompt Engineering, Text Mining, or AI-assisted content generation and validation techniques is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and legal research skills with the ability to interpret complex legal, regulatory, and compliance-related information.
- Experience working with taxonomy frameworks, structured content management, content classification, tagging methodologies, and compliance workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and technology stakeholders in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across different business functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
