Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in legal research, traffic challan management, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traffic rules, e-challans, virtual courts, Lok Adalat procedures, and challan resolution processes in India.

Roles and Responsibilities

Review and analyze traffic challans, e-challans, and related legal documents to determine the appropriate course of action.

Assist clients with challan verification, status checks, payment procedures, and dispute resolution.

Have a strong understanding of traffic laws, the Motor Vehicles Act, and applicable rules and regulations.

Research challan-related cases through official government portals, traffic police websites, and virtual court platforms.

Guide clients on challan payment, contesting procedures, and eligibility for resolution through Lok Adalat or other applicable legal processes.

Prepare legal documentation, applications, representations, and supporting documents related to challan disputes.

Verify challan details, vehicle registration information, offence descriptions, penalties, and case status.

Coordinate with clients, advocates, traffic authorities, and other relevant stakeholders for challan-related matters.

Track pending challans and legal cases, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to clients.

Ensure all legal guidance and documentation are accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and based on verified information.

Identify discrepancies in challan records and assist in preparing appropriate representations or escalation requests.

Maintain client confidentiality and handle legal information responsibly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or a relevant legal qualification preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in legal analysis, legal operations, traffic challans, or related legal services.

Strong knowledge of traffic challans, e-challan portals, virtual courts, and Lok Adalat procedures.

Familiarity with the Motor Vehicles Act and traffic offence regulations in India.

Excellent legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.

Ability to understand court records, challan notices, and legal procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online legal research portals.

Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
