Legal Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and process agreements in partnership with sales, procurement, and other departments
• Review agreements for legal compliance under company policies
• Lead contract lifecycle management software and processes
• Coordinate with global legal teams for consistency and compliance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial legal principles
• Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively
