About the Role:
* Maintain organized legal documentation and compliance records
* Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
* Represent the company's point of view in legal proceedings and correspondence
* Handle all company-related litigations, legal notices, and disputes
* Assist in regulatory compliance and internal policy drafting
* Monitor and report on changes in applicable laws and regulations
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure policy alignmentRequirements:
* LLB degree from a recognized university (02 years of experience)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple legal matters and timelines simultaneously
* Proactive and confident in presenting legal opinions
* Sound understanding of civil, commercial, and contract law
* Experience or understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage
* Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, etc., is a plus
* Exposure to real-time legal case handling and direct coordination with senior lawyers
