Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the chemical industry.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures as required.
  • Conduct audits to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the chemical industry and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/ LL.M (CS will be an added advantage)
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the chemical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing compliance documentation.
