Conduct legal research to stay current on entertainment law, industry regulations, and best practices.

Draft and review legal notices, agreements, and memorandums of understanding (MOUs).

Maintain organized records of legal documents, correspondence, and case files.

Explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly to enable informed decision-making.

Uphold discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.

Travel as required for client meetings, negotiations, or industry events.
