We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance to our organization. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in handling legal matters relevant to our business operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters including contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
• Assist in dispute resolution, including managing litigation and arbitration processes.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• 4-9 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Indian legal regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in legal research and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
