Role Description The Legal Advisor role at Choice4Voice.com is a full-time, remote position focused on providing clear, practical legal guidance to individuals seeking support through the platform. In this role, the Legal Advisor will review and analyze user-submitted concerns, assess supporting documents, and identify relevant legal issues. They will prepare and review legal correspondence and documents, advise on appropriate courses of action, and help users understand their rights and potential remedies. The Legal Advisor will collaborate with internal team members and external advocates, support follow-ups with organizations where appropriate, and ensure that all advice is compliant with applicable laws and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to diverse, real-world situations.
- Demonstrated experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting letters, statements, and basic legal agreements or summaries.
- Ability to identify and analyze Legal Issues across consumer, civil, and administrative matters, and communicate implications in accessible language.
- Experience providing Legal Advice to clients or stakeholders, with sound judgment and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including workplace rights, disputes, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Relevant law degree and appropriate bar admission or legal certification, as applicable to the candidate's jurisdiction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple matters, and prioritize time-sensitive issues
