Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including sale deeds, leases, development and joint venture agreements, and MoUs
Manage disputes related to property, tenancy, construction, and contracts, coordinating with external counsels in legal proceedings
Conduct due diligence for land/property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring clear title and regulatory compliance
Provide legal advice on title verification, zoning, land use, and approvals, while identifying risks and recommending practical solutions
Ensure compliance with applicable laws (RERA, land, municipal, and environmental) and liaise with authorities for approvals and filings
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining standardized documentation, templates, and contract governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in law from a recognised institution
Proven expertise in litigation management
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
