RoleDescription: The Legacy Partner is a full-time remote role focused on cultivating long-term relationships and initiatives that advance the Cultural Exchanges® vision and ecosystem. In this role, the Legacy Partner will identify and engage artists, patrons, collectors, and institutional partners, nurturing collaborations and programs that generate cultural and social impact. Daily responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, coordinating art-driven initiatives such as exhibitions or special projects, and supporting storytelling around legacy-building efforts. The Legacy Partner will also contribute to fundraising and resource development, maintain relationship records, and collaborate closely with the founding team to align partnerships with the organization's values. This position requires proactive outreach, strategic thinking, and consistent communication to support the growth and sustainability of Cultural Exchanges® and its broader ecosystem.

- A strong ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Access to, or the ability to develop, networks of collectors, patrons, institutions, businesses, philanthropists or cultural professionals.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and develop long-term opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to represent an emerging institution with maturity and credibility.
- An entrepreneurial and institution-building mindset.
The ability to work independently and take responsibility without constant supervision.
- Comfort working across cultures, disciplines and geographies.
- A genuine interest in contemporary art, cultural heritage, provenance, valuation, philanthropy, social impact or related fields.
- The willingness to contribute time and personal resources to the development of the organisation.
The patience to build institutional value before expecting immediate financial outcomes.
- Integrity, discretion and respect for diverse cultural - perspectives.
- A degree in arts, humanities, cultural management, business, communications or a related field may be useful, but it is not essential. Demonstrated experience, networks, resources, judgement and commitment may be equally or more relevant.
