To educate, guide, and mentor optometry students, supporting their academic and professional development while contributing to community healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per schedule
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials
- Monitor student attendance and academic progress
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and evaluations
- Use academic software (Embase) for records and reporting
- Support and mentor students for academic and clinical excellence
- Participate in exams, faculty activities, and institutional duties
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teaching standards
