Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Instruction

Curriculum Development & Academic Planning

Student Mentorship & Guidance
- Guide and mentor students on academic and career development.
- Address students queries, provide feedback, and support learning outcomes.

Research & Professional Development

- Stay updated with advancements in the subject area and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in faculty development programs and training sessions.
Administration & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and course documentation.

- Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in the relevant subject field.
- 610 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or professional institutions.
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms.
