Job Title: Lecturer / Assistant Professor - Heamatology / Clinical Pathology

Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer / Assistant Professor to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical instruction to Allied Health Science (AHS) students in accordance with the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes for AHS programs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments as per university guidelines.
• Supervise student projects and guide them in academic and research activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
• Ensure adherence to university standards in teaching, evaluation, and documentation.
• Contribute to the academic and professional growth of students.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree MSc in Blood Banking & Hematology/ clinical pathology from a recognized university.
• Prior teaching experience in allied health sciences is desirable.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of RGUHS academic structure will be an added advantage.
