Quality System
- It will be ensured that all qualitative requirements laid down by the Universities and the Westford are fulfilled completely in terms of academic and administrative requirements, as well as within the time frames laid down by the Universities/ Awarding Bodies/ School for all courses being conducted by Westford.
Student Support
- Students support in academic functions as a faculty and supervisor will be given by conducting classes, assessing assignments, giving students support by regular meetings, engaging and mentoring the student to ensure that the student does well in all his/ her academic functions.
- All students complaints/ grievances coming to the faculty will be addressed with a time span of 24 hours from raising of such issue.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure design, delivery and smooth conduct of all courses, online and onsite allotted to the faculty.
- Take accountability and responsibility of assisting post-graduate, under-graduate and University top-up students, as a Faculty and Supervisor for their classes and respective dissertation works.
- Hold regular meetings and engage with the students doing their assignments/ dissertation work, as well as ensure that the students acquire the requisite knowledge and also do well in all their assignment work.
- Conduct classes in UAE, as well as out of UAE, as deemed necessary for smooth conduct of all courses.
- The faculty will also be assigned the role of a Module Leader, wherein he/ she will be fully responsible for smooth conduct of the module allotted to him/ her.
- The faculty will also assist in all the academic administrative requirements of the institute allotted to him/ her, as well as assist in the audit quality checks done by external verifiers.
- The faculty will be employed full time with Westford School of Management, he/ she will NOT take up any other employment outside.
- The faculty will report to the Academic Director of the institute.
Educational Qualifications
- Mandatory: MBA, with at least 7 years of Industrial experience.
Experience
- At least 7-10 years experience in teaching under grad and post grad students in a recognized academic institution.
Age
- Minimum 28 years and above.
