Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer specializing in Aviation & Hospitality Management, based at our Bengaluru and Mysore campus. The responsibilities include delivering engaging and informative lectures, developing and updating course curriculums, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship to students. The Lecturer will also be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions to equip students with the necessary skills for real-world applications in the aviation and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Aviation & Hospitality Management and Training to guide students in key managerial and professional competencies.
• Strong skills in Lecturing and University Teaching, with the ability to deliver captivating and effective lessons.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development to design and implement comprehensive, relevant, and up-to-date educational resources.
• Prior experience in the fields of aviation and hospitality management is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mentor and guide students.
