Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for Retail Mall Leasing and Commercial Leasing. The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing and business development activities for retail spaces in shopping malls and commercial projects, including brand acquisition, tenant coordination, negotiations, and store opening support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with prior experience in mall leasing, commercial leasing, and retail brand handling, specifically within the Gurugram / Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach national, regional, and local retail brands for leasing opportunities

• Conduct site visits and present mall/project highlights to prospective brands and retailers

• Handle end-to-end leasing activities from prospecting to store opening

• Coordinate with brands for commercial negotiations, LOI, agreement documentation, and fit-out processes

• Maintain strong relationships with IPCs, leasing consultants, brokers, and retail brands

• Prepare presentations, leasing proposals, tenant mix reports, and MIS reports

• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, CRM, Sales, and Operations teams for smooth execution

• Resolve tenant queries through calls, meetings, and emails professionally

• Monitor market trends, competitor malls, and retail expansion activities

• Support leasing strategy planning to maximize occupancy and revenue generation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM preferred

• 4–8 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, or commercial leasing

• Prior leasing experience in Gurugram / Delhi NCR market is mandatory

• Strong network with retail brands, brokers, leasing consultants, and IPCs preferred

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Good understanding of lease agreements and retail fit-out coordination

• Strong presentation and relationship management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Candidate from real estate, mall leasing, or retail leasing background preferred
