Leasing Manager - Industrial Real Estate

Role Description The Leasing Manager - Industrial Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end leasing activities for industrial properties, including identifying suitable assets, preparing and negotiating lease proposals, and coordinating with owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research on industrial real estate trends, maintaining an updated pipeline of prospective tenants, organizing site visits, and supporting clients through the entire lease transaction lifecycle. The Leasing Manager also oversees lease administration, monitors lease compliance, collaborates with property management teams to support tenant satisfaction and retention, and prepares regular reports on occupancy, leasing performance, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial real estate leases, including lease structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Strong connections with Industrial clients, manufacturing organisation and industrial properties
• Ability to perform comprehensive market research on industrial properties, rental trends, and competitor activity.
• Experience in lease administration, including maintaining accurate records, tracking key dates, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
• Background in property management, with skills in coordinating maintenance, overseeing service providers, and supporting operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and property owners.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, including proficiency in MS Office and basic real estate analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; prior experience strictly (mandatory) in industrial leasing of NCR Market
• Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, travel to property locations as needed, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary advisory team.
