Role Description

The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi. The role involves managing all aspects of leasing activities, including marketing property rentals, conducting property tours, evaluating prospective tenants, preparing lease agreements, and fostering tenant relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring occupancy targets are met, maintaining property aesthetics, and collaborating with property managers to address tenant concerns and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in mall leasing / retail

leasing

Strong network and contacts with mall leasing teams

Good understanding of leasing commercials and mall

policies

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic

reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate or short notice joiner preferred

Experience working with retail brands or mall

developers

Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
