Job Description
Support Leasing Manager/Head to develop an effective leasing strategy and tenancy mix for portfolio of properties.
Achieve tenancy occupancy and revenue KPIs.
Source for suitable tenants and conduct viewings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and effective renewals.
Prepare and review lease agreements, tenancy documents, and related paperwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate leasing records and update tenancy schedules.
Coordinate fit-out works and handover processes with tenants and contractors.
Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analysing variances
Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
Excellent communication skills forinteraction with vendors, and internal teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
