Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Associate, based in Hauz Khas. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating lease transactions, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the successful execution of leasing agreements. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential leasing opportunities, maintaining lease documentation, and supporting lease administration processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial Leasing and Lease Administration
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Understanding of lease agreements and related legal terminology
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in real estate leasing or a related field is an advantage
