Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the Leasing Team.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
• Prepare Recce reports and coordinate store invoice clearance.
• Coordinate with landlords to resolve store-related issues.
• Manage and track Security Deposit (SD) payments for new stores.
• Prepare MIS reports and presentations using strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
