Job Description

  • Manage lease documentation, including reviewing and maintaining lease agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property leases.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for all lease-related information.
  • Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related queries and issues.
  • Prepare and process lease renewals, terminations, and amendments as required.
  • Support financial reporting by tracking rent payments and other lease obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on lease management processes.
  • Assist in resolving disputes related to lease agreements in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lease Admin should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably in business administration, property management, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of lease agreements and property management processes.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and lease management systems.
