Could you be the full-time Learning Support Certification Specialist in Bangalore we're looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a dynamic and inclusive environment. You'll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to fostering professional growth and excellence.

You'll play a key role in supporting Alstom's global external certification program for project and bid communities, ensuring a qualitative and impactful certification process for candidates worldwide. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including regional talent management and local HR, to coordinate certification activities, oversee candidate progress, and continuously improve program outcomes. You'll also organize workshops, manage digital certification paths, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of overseeing the certification journey for approximately 100 candidates annually, ensuring their successful progression, but also contribute to the broader strategic goals of Alstom's certification initiatives.

We'll look to you for:

  • Reviewing candidates interested in the certification program and applying screening criteria for proper nominations
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of individual candidate application dossiers
  • Updating certification digital paths with key activities, session dates, and user group management
  • Organizing and coordinating in-person interviews through internal exam centers across regions
  • Planning and facilitating briefing sessions and workshops for each certification step
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting on certification progress
  • Applying continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the certification process
  • Providing clear and efficient communication to candidates regarding results and next steps
  • Leading improvements to align certification programs with mid-term strategic goals
