The Learning Success Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent academic delivery, student success, parent satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day academic operations. This role acts as the bridge between students, parents, tutors, and internal operations teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee tutor performance, student progress tracking, scheduling coordination, issue resolution, retention strategies, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

• Monitor student academic progress and learning outcomes
• Ensure timely class scheduling and smooth session execution
• Coordinate with tutors to maintain teaching quality and consistency
• Track attendance, performance reports, assessments, and feedback
• Identify learning gaps and recommend academic improvement plans
• Support personalized learning journeys for students

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding academic progress
• Handle parent concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Improve student retention through strong engagement and support
• Ensure high parent satisfaction and positive learning experiences

• Monitor tutor performance, punctuality, and teaching effectiveness
• Coordinate onboarding support for new tutors
• Maintain tutor schedules and class allocation efficiency
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with tutors

• Manage daily academic operations and service delivery
• Coordinate between sales, academic, and support teams
• Ensure CRM/data systems are updated accurately
• Generate academic performance and retention reports
• Improve SOPs and workflow efficiency for academic operations

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Support new academic initiatives and program launches
• Drive retention strategies and upsell opportunities through service quality

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in academic operations, EdTech, tutoring, or education services
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in student success, parent engagement, or tutor management preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and reporting systems
• Leadership mindset with strong ownership and accountability

• Experience in EdTech startups or tutoring platforms
• Understanding of K-12, after-school learning, or private tutoring ecosystem
• Exposure to retention strategy and customer success functions
