We are seeking experienced Mathematics Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support a large-scale K12 curriculum development project aligned with the U.S. curriculum for Grades 312.
The selected SMEs will contribute to developing high-quality instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments that help students build strong mathematical reasoning, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving skills.
This is a remote, contract-based opportunity ideal for educators, curriculum developers, and subject experts with strong knowledge of U.S. mathematics standards and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop standards-aligned mathematics instructional content for Grades 312.
- Create lesson plans, explanations, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Develop content covering areas such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics.
- Ensure conceptual clarity, mathematical accuracy, and curriculum alignment.
- Design problem-solving and real-world application activities.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content teams.
- Review and revise content based on feedback and quality standards.
- Utilize digital authoring tools and AI tools where required.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Mathematics
- Experience with U.S. K12 Mathematics curriculum
- Ability to design concept-based and problem-solving learning materials
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience in curriculum development or teaching
- Ability to create engaging and structured learning content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education
- Experience teaching or developing curriculum for Grades 312
- Familiarity with U.S. mathematics standards (Common Core preferred)
