Learning Specialist

We are looking to partner with a forward-thinking e-learning development agency to build next-generation, SCORM-compliant training modules for workplace compliance programs (POSH focus).

This is not a traditional content mandate.

We are building a modern learning ecosystem powered by AI, microlearning, gamification, and product-grade UI/UX, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-grade tracking, reporting, and compliance defensibility.

Scope of work:

Interactive, scenario-driven learning experiences (non-linear, decision-based)

SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 compliant packaging (enterprise LMS-ready)

AI-driven elements (adaptive learning, simulations, intelligent assessments)

Microlearning-based modular architecture

Gamification systems (decision scoring, progression logic)

Strong UI/UX design excellence (mobile-first, product-grade interfaces)

Tracking & Reporting (Non-Negotiable):

SCORM tracking (completion, score, time, attempts)

xAPI-ready data structuring (where applicable)

Clear completion logic (assessment gating, pass thresholds)

LMS-compatible reporting outputs for audit and compliance

You primarily build slide-based or linear modules

Your work is dependent on template-driven authoring tools without customization

You do not have hands-on SCORM packaging + debugging experience across LMSs
